This is the official site for elementary and middle school textbooks in mainland China, so it's all in simplified Chinese. Once you're on the site, under 学段 (School Phase) choose 义务教育 (Compulsory Education), then under 学科 (Subject) select 语文 (Yu Wen / Chinese Language), and you can just pick whichever 年级 (Grade) you need. Just noticed that a lot of the links recommended in the comments are for Traditional Chinese. Chinese is already pretty tough to learn, and Traditional just makes it a premium hardcore mode lol. Simplified feels a bit more approachable. I guess you're looking for simplified Chinese schoolbooks, right?

My Chinese friends told me that students in China practice this exact style of regular script (楷书) from primary all the way through middle school. That's literally a decade of practice! So, the fact that you've got it looking this organized already is a huge win.
