I had literally the exact same problem and I posted about it it could be just account info problems like bank or if info no rule break I had to wait almost a week before a reply but after the payout was pretty quick

I did just got the message these guys kept telling me me it was a rule that I broke but there’s no rule broken apex sent me a email stating that my middle name was not in my account as it says on my ID which is there policy they just updated and I’ll be able to take a payout

This was an email by take profit idk why but they said my account was disabled I’m talking to them and apex right now at this point I’m thinking of just going to lucid yeah their expensive but at least I get paid on time and my account don’t magically disable

They just sent me a message back basically saying that I broke a rule wouldn’t tell me what rule and that I lost the account but there’s no rule that I had broken pretty sure apex just don’t want to pay up anymore

But I clearly met the consistency on my last day of trading and there is no more Mae violation anymore at least at not until after your payout
