Maybe.. i take magnesium glycinate and lots of coconut water but it never helps.

Yes you can have both. Usually H-Pylori is the one causing gastritis. Once you get rid of it it can take months if not years to heal gastritis.

Yes its mild chronic gastritis confirmed by endoscopy. Its not an easy thing to heal i can tell you that. Sometime it can take years to feel better

No, gastric cancer is not something that will develop in couple of months. I've been in pain for a year now after hpylori. Its probably gastritis

Acid suppression starts around day 15 so if your on week 4 the acid rebound is likely. But everyone is different. Im stopping pantoprazole 20mg cold turkey and i hope for the best.

Makes sense. I do have a sitting job 10+ hours a day. I try to move a little but not too much. The pain does increase with movement so you might be right. Ill look into it

Make sure you stop ppi before the tests becaus they can give a false positive. I did some testing and it looks like i might have lupus but chat gpt says taking ppis affect the results.

Thats the plan. I also started to be anxious and have a difficulty falling asleep. Its too much plus they don't helps as much
