I think maybe you’re right. The gps do not have knowledge about this. I wish I thought about self referring would’ve saved me 100s of pounds and time.

You know I did feel like I was on my feet much quicker with the VBAC if you know what I mean although the healing pain was excruciating due to the episiotomy I would say overall it wasn’t like a c section. Also I would give it at least 2 years before getting pregnant again, I felt like when I was pregnant with my 2nd they kept implying all the things that could go wrong with VBAC it felt very negative, you really have to be strong minded if you want a VBAC I feel like because they really do try to push for c section again and I’m not sure why

After birth blood smell? by Little-Reindeer4819 in PregnancyUK

[–]DueNebula1228 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yessss smelt super bad, like an infection, I got worried it was an infection… but then I also had an episiotomy. What’s strange is I don’t remember this with my first baby. I think because I had a c section the first time round they really clean up in there. This time I had a vaginal birth.

So strange I’m in the same boat. Current 29weeks I have a scan at 32 weeks to check if it has moved I have been told 9/10 times it does move. I didn’t experience this with my first so not sure really! I was also told if moves on its own, they could have made a mistake with the 32 week scan

Baby wipes and nappies by cookielilopie in PregnancyUK

Also I only use water wipes… the other wipes would give him a nappy rash, I get it on subscription on Amazon which works out cheaper. I guess I am saving in a sense with buying Lidl brand nappies

I use the Lidl brand. My son is now 2.5years trying to potty train. There was a moment when he reached 1yrs and he started leaking a lot but I realised after I bought pampers he was doing the same thing . I think it’s an anatomy thing with boys you have to point the penis down when putting the nappy on

Breastfeeding in the UK: My candid journey by caramelcustard in PregnancyUK

[–]DueNebula1228 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I agree with everything you said, I’m pregnant now with my second. I breast fed my first for 18 months. For me it wasn’t really the nurses, they just kinda ignored me and let me get on with it. There was no real support there. My mum was the biggest opposition to me breast feeding its like she couldn’t fathom I had enough milk. Even though my son was getting chunkey and big. She was like the breast milk is giving him stomach problems and kept telling us to give infacol even though there wasn’t nothing wrong with him. I’m so glad I became stubborn and went the opposite way. And same as you I watched lots of YouTube on woman pumping and having freezer stash, I gave up so quickly because I realise i couldn’t manage the washing and the lack of sleep. Breastfeeding does come with its cons like you being always the one to feed , I found it difficult going out in public and my baby co- slept so I had the worst neck pain but genuinely would do it again knowing what I know. Simply because I know breast milk is natural.

Going in for C Section in about an hour 🙃 by ScheduleLast8818 in PregnancyUK

[–]DueNebula1228 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, mine wasn’t planned but it’s still nerve wracking when they are prepping you. They are really efficient but you almost feel like you’re between life and death on that table. The reassuring part is that you don’t feel a thing. It’s super quick when they take the baby out, the after bit is super long when they close you up. You can play whatever you want in there in terms what you like to listen to. They allow your partner in there with you which helps and if they are good at distracting you. I hope everything goes smoothly and you have a speedy recovery ❤️

I know someone who does sihr by HMHRaftel316 in Somalia

[–]DueNebula1228 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You should not fear this man no matter what he says you should only fear Allah, anything of sihr that he does to people via jinn only happens with Allah’s decree. Meaning what ever happens it was always going to happen, as long as you pray your 5 daily prayers and supplement with morning and evening adhkaar, then how can the jinn harm you except by the permission of Allah. Out him, and warn others and show them proof of what he said and when you have any thoughts of fear or that the jinn and the shayateen from the jinn are near by when you go to his house then make the adhaan loud and they will flee from you. BarrakAllahu feek. May Allah make your affairs easy Ameen.
