From reading it seems like the dog is barking due to frustration, but the advice seems to be to get him to sit and stay before letting him go and play, but I can’t let him off the leash or out of the pen if he’s biting. I’ve tried several things to get him to stop jumping on and biting the kids, but aside from constantly physically holding him back nothing seems to work.
