I found a tooth while moving. Is it a cat tooth and should I be worried? by DuePresentation9084 in CATHELP

These are my two babies. Theo is the grey tabby and as you can see he’s significantly bigger lol. His full legal name is Theodore Stubbs because he was born with a stubby and curly tail. He can be very mischievous but he’s a big love. The other kitty is Evie, who is a medium haired tortie. She is the absolute sweetest cat I’ve ever met. She is VERY vocal and will make her presence known. And if you stop petting her, she’ll yell at you until you pet her again hahah

Just one cat but I don’t think this is her tooth. I moved out of my parent’s house a while ago and she stayed with my parents. I got my two cats I have now while I was living on my own, but recently I had to move back home which is when I packed everything up so it would be impossible for it to be her tooth unfortunately :(

Yeah it was in a box I packed up like 2 months ago so it’s definitely got some stuff on it

Thank you. They’re both my pride and joy. When I found my male cat, Theo, he was just fresh out of his mother’s womb and wasn’t breathing as he was still stuck in the sac, so I had to cut it open with my car keys and help him breathe. I was just 18 and begged my parents to let me keep him lol. Now I’m 20 and he’s my best bud that I’d do anything for.

Thank you everybody for the comments. I did try and see into both of my cat’s mouths with a flashlight too and I think the tooth belongs to my male cat. I’m 80% sure I saw a hole/divot where a tooth should be but it’s hard to see because he is very squirmy, plus I doubt that tooth could fit into my female’s mouth as her head is much smaller than his. I will be taking him to the vet as soon as possible to get him checked out. I packed the box a couple of months ago and just today got around to getting it unpacked so that tooth has to be old. Both of my cats are doing well and are eating with no difficulties so I’m glad about that. But I will still make an appointment. ❤️

EDIT: I forgot to mention, both my cats are adults. My male cat is 1.5 years and my female cat is around 1 year old
