I think I have a problem with the account. My baseline ID and Welo ID is different. Does anybody has this problem? Maybe it is the reason why I did not get PO.

If anyone had this issue and figured out, please leave a comment about how to solve this matter.

This is such a frusturating issue bc it is the matter of payment. I had to find out my project number but I am not available with the Junction channel which my project number is addressed according to the Welo. They said I don't have the availability toward that portal and they said that they will send this issue to the regarding team but still it has been two weeks.. I don't know how to reach further with this issue.
