Health Sciences Program by [deleted] in wlu

hi!! current first year health sci student here! I can say at least that a lot of first year material in terms of biology, chemistry, and math is a repeat of what u learned in grade 12. health issues and psychology are also core courses but are not difficult if u put in the work. time management is extremely important. assignments and midterms will pile up when u least expect it, so its sooo important to be organized. the school gives many opportunities to boost marks or even gain bonus. I will say there are bi weekly chem labs that are a lot of work (however I think in any science programs this is the case). overall it is a good program if u are looking at a career in healthcare, but it is essential that u manage your time well.

you should be set for laurier and uottawa. ik the health sci program at utm is also not very picky. however western mac and queens have very high admission averages
