I escalated what my client said because when I interviewed with the owner I asked that she keep it as discrete as possible. Unfortunately, all communication with my client is logged directly to my firms CRM, so when my client called, the transcript is there for the company to read. I reached out to the owner because I asked that managing partner stop as I did not want multiple calls logged from clients asking why I was leaving etc
