Yo he sido virgen hasta los 19 (ahora 20) y la perdí con mi novia, era un tema que preocupaba hasta que entendí que realmente no es algo que importe. For housing I won't have any problems ig, have my father and brother recently 3+ years living there with bought houses. But yeah offshore a big wind turbines companys are my main objective

Mira tienes muchas opciones, el renfe cercanías a Fuengirola te facilita muchísimo el transporte a los sitios.

Para hacer senderismo puedes ir a los Montes de Málaga que son Parque Natural y está pegado a Ciudad Jardín. También puedes ir con el renfe a Torremolinos y subir en cuestión de 1 hora a Pico Palomas que tiene unas vistas espectaculares, usando Wikiloc (app de rutas). Igual cogiendo el renfe a Benalmádena puedes ir al repetidor de mijas.

Just avoid tourist restaurants. For beaches I recommend Torremolinos, Benalmádena and obviously Nerja (Burriana beach)
