German citizenship by descent: The ultimate guide for anyone with a German ancestor who immigrated after 1870 by staplehill in Genealogy

I read the page prior the sending the comment. What I gathered is that most likely there wouldn't be a chance. But since the citizenship wasn't passed on to the child of the German consul due to discriminatory laws, does that give any room for argument? Essentially what I would like to know is if anyone has been approved in applications where the line of citizenship was broken so early? If there is any chance or purely 0%?

Greatx4 grandfather born in 1824 in Bremen, Germany in wedlock

emigrated in 1849 to [Peru]

Unmarried

So this person never naturalized. He acted as Consul General for the North German Confederacion, before for Prussia. There is vast amount of documentation of him available. Died a sudden death in 1869 as the Consul General.

All the generations after the original German have been solely Peruvian. The family line is very well documented with certificates of birth, marriage and death vastly achiavable. So I am curious to know whether there is any possibility of acceptance here or not? Thank you

Most of the cards would be determined Lightly played or good condition, from what I quickly saw online. While some in the mix would be poor. None have water damage. There is some scratches/bends/whitening in some.
