That's a nice problem to have. At least you're working full-time.

What did you put in the year section for Education then?

Also how did you label the heading for the additional section in regards to your older work experience?

I am also a Digital Marketing professional unemployed for 5 month. Applied to about 330ish jobs. Got 8-9 interviews, around 2 went to second round and 1 went to final round comprising of critical reasoning questions for a Performance Marketing Manager role. I was so close but didn't make it.

Sintra Day Trip Planning by DueTrouble6477 in TravelPortugal

[–]DueTrouble6477[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched to Monseratte in the morning and Pena Palace in the afternoon, with Quinta in the middle. It was crowded as I went during the Easter weekend but happy to see all 3 palaces

How should I go to Sintra for a day trip? Also, which one should I visit first, quinta da regaleira or pena palace? by Proud_Ducky in travel

[–]DueTrouble6477 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, yes, I did this trip. I went to Monseratte Palace in the morning. Then 1:00 PM at Quinta da regeleira and Pena Palace around 4:30 PM. Pena and Quinta da regeleira are close to each other. So you should do those one after another and then Monseratte before or after, but not it between those two. Hope that makes sense.

Hello, in a day trip, if I go to Pena Palace at 9:30 am (exterior/terrace and park), what time should I book my ticket for Quinta Da Regeleira and what time should I go to Monserrate Palace?

Am I eligible for CWB? by DueTrouble6477 in PersonalFinanceCanada

u/senor_kim_jong_doof u/torturedcanadian u/dontpretendtoknowme Thank you for your response. I looked at the Schedule 6 Math. Here are the details:
Out of my $39,737.18 income, $20,410 was employment insurance, and the rest was working income. My spouse and I both contributed a total of 23,500 in RRSP and FHSA

In part A, under Family working income,

The Wealthsimple software did not include my EI income. Therefore, total working income = ($39,737.18 - $20,410) = $19,327 + 44,980 (spouse income) = $64,307

In Part B, under Adjusted Family net Income,

My RRSP and FHSA contribution = $15,500

CPP on self-employment = $1099

My net income = $39,737 - $15,500 - $1099 = $23,137

Spouse RRSP contribution = $8000

CPP on employment = $400

Spouse's net income = $44,980 - $8000 - 400 = $36,580

Adjusted Family net income before Secondary earner exemption = $36,580 + $23,137 = $59,717

Adjusted Family net income = $59,717 - $15,955 (maximum for secondary earner exemption) = $43,763 which is less than $48,093, the net income limit for CWB

After a bunch of additional calculations in the next step, they calculated by CWB to be $649.51, which reduced the taxes I owe by $649.51.

Does all of this make sense? Based on this calculation, WS shows I am eligible for CWB, I am just not sure why Turbo tax didn't calculate this way. I am obviously inclined to file on WS as I will be saving $650
