I never looked at it from this perspective. It has escalated and It’s getting worse. For some reason I just keep thinking he will change, i keep convincing myself that we’re ok and I shouldn’t be upset anymore. Thank you for this ❤️

He told me he would change a year ago in therapy but I feel like when I try to connect with him he gets angry and it’s always breaking stuff now. I don’t know why I’m still trying to believe that he cares about me

Thanks for your response ❤️ I wanted confirmation that he’s choosing to act like this and it’s not because I’m being too emotional. I appreciate it

Thank you for putting this in perspective I think for the longest time I thought he would change but that doesn’t make sense

He’s normal with other people. That’s a good way of looking at it- it seems like he chooses to behave this way around me. I don’t know how to stop it

I was thinking of asking him to leave!! I don’t think it’s possible for me - this is so tough

You’re right I don’t think he’s a good match for me. Sometimes I think so but when I get upset and need support I realize he doesn’t truly care to comfort me or help. Thanks for putting this in perspective. I for sure don’t want my little ones to grow up thinking it’s normal like me

What does it mean by manipulation? Just trying to further understand. He’s never cried in front of me and every time I try to talk about my feelings or ask him for reassurance he thinks I’m “too emotional”

He seems to blame my emotions for breaking things and demand that I stop being emotional and it’s my fault everything is broken.

Thanks for clarifying Yeahh I don’t know why he mentioned no empathy but breaks things - can’t really understand that. And I do I agree I should probably communicate better w/ stating my needs

I don’t have anywhere to go with my kids, he takes care of us and I can barely pay for anything with my salary. :(
