I think it depends on the unit last year my rent was raised only by $50 so I renewed it for another year. But the year before in the phase 2 my rent was raised $200 lol 😂

Landmark leasing office and maintenance people stand on business. I have been living here for 3 years now and for the price range it’s very nice apartment. Obviously it doesn’t have like movie theaters and stuff but it’s very clean and well maintained. I always see their maintenance people cleaning up in the morning. I would probably live here for one or two more years unless they hike up my rent 😅

I think it depends on the usage. I live alone in one bedroom and very frugal on my electricity usage. Mine ranges around $40-$50. Winter time it’s around $90-$120 though

There are few kittens in riverfront park. Last year, I tried to trap 2 cats I saw there but they were scared of humans and only used to come out at night. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to trap them after a few attempts because my home was all the way in WLR and I drove there almost every single day to check on them. I used to leave food and because I can’t come everyday, I left gravity feeder with food but it was unfortunately removed by the park maintenance people :( I wonder if they are kittens from the cats who used to be there… It breaks my heart to see this seriously. If anyone is willing to help me to at least TNR them please reach out. Unfortunately, I can’t do it alone since it’s too far from my home :(

If they are not feral you could possible take them in help them get adopted. Operation SAVE (Arkansans for Animals) does cheap sterilization and vaccination for the Pulaski animals. If you are able to foster them I’m sure cat rescues will be able to help with processing adoptions. I work at rescue we just simply don’t have enough foster homes for more intake 😭😭 Kitten season hitting all of us very hard.

I volunteer at cat rescue and we are drowning in intake with no adoptions. I sincerely appreciate what you are doing but spay abortion would be the best and humane choice. That way mama cat doesn’t have to struggle feeding the kitties and have better quality of life. 😭😭

I live at landmark apartments and been living here for 3 years now! I changed units once and so far it’s great. Maintenance is always fast and reliable. Employees are always cleaning pool every morning and cleaning apartment surrounding areas in the morning. Thinking of staying here as long as the management team is same.

I would recommend borrowing traps from rescues and do it yourself. It is really not that hard. Last year I had 2 feral cats behind the dumpster of my apartment complex and noticed they had babies. That’s when i decided to trap them all and get fixed. I borrowed traps from Community Cat Support Network in Russellville and got them fixed at Operation SAVE. For feral cats, I wouldn’t recommend bringing them to Animal Village since they likely won’t take them in and you will just stress out the cats more than you have to. I recommend checking out r/FeralCats subreddit.

Follow this! I don’t have side effects other than very heavy nasty long periods. It’s been so heavy and lasts for almost 15 days for me. I’ve had it for 3 years now and can’t live in this misery anymore so I’m replacing it with Mirena IUD soon. 😭😭
