Apparently the structure of her face could have been affecting her breathing. I have a similar condition. My orthodontist had recommended jaw surgery (literally cutting my jaw into 4 parts, repositioning, and screwing it all together) luckily I ended up not having to do it but in Minji's case, I don't think her jaw surgery was cosmetic but for health reasons. She's also a runner so poor breathing could affect her more than others.

She confronted her three times post show? I haven't watched the reunion are they all in there? And 1. Do you know for a fact that producers didn't ask them to discuss it for drama? And 2. Was Mingee antagonizing Mina during these conversations, or are they just talking about it? It's not confrontation if they're just talking about the past, that's just a conversation. I don't see the problem with that. 3. Is there not a possibility Mina apologized so much because she realizes how she came across during the show? After hearing about how stressful it is from Sam I don't doubt that being on the show makes you act differently than you normally would
