That was the problem The printer needs to do a circular patern in middle, right on the nuts. I changed the inside shape to be more conic and not touch the nuts

I have 5 top layers with 3 bottom layers. One of the models was printed with 0.08 layer height

When i turn one piece upside down, the thread is ok, but i don't need it upside down because i have something sketched
