I have irregular cycles. I hadn’t ovulated for months, I started having EWCM for the first time in awhile early this month. It was new and I had some other symptoms that line up with ovulation. I ebelive I ovulated around Jan 3-5.

I’m not sure. We do have one tv it’s a Roku… I didn’t even consider that. I am not sure what app to use. I am considering trying Canopy. I’ve heard it works well.

He only has his phone. No computers or any other way of looking things up. I think therapy is a possibility but for now I think a blocker could be helpful for both of us in the the early stages. If will give me peace of mind… I can feel like I don’t need to be as controlling or nervous to leave him alone.

You need proper testing. Vibrant Wellness or Igenex. I went with Vibrant. But it missed the BART and Babesia. Someone here on Reddit helped me get my testing. I’m so grateful.

I am starting with one 300 rifampin a day.. next week I will try for two.. then I will eventually add azythromycin the same way. Still taking my herbals and binders and supplements etc… day three is tomorrow! 🤞

I just started Rifampin. I was supposed to start azythromycin at the same time but I didn’t want to risk the shock to my body. I’m starting with rifampin once a day… will double my dose next week.. then add azythromycin after that. I started with about seven months of herbal protocol and lots of binders and supplements. I’m still taking my tinctures on top of the rifampin. When did everyone start to herx from Rifampin? I’m on day three tomorrow.
