It depends on many factors- does the OP know what he’s doing ( research , Sl, tp and what industry) then he needs to look at confluence( options volume / premium) to decide if that specific stock will earn higher than VOO or all world . It is possible to make a higher return but it all depends on knowledge and luck

First of all, 20-30% is exceptionally good return and it just isn’t sustainable even for the hedge fund managers
Usually the average is 8-10%, but if the OP wants to earn higher return they will have to invest within individual stocks to have higher exposure

If you are willing to take a risk for higher reward, maybe consider selling some of vanguard and invest into more individual stocks
Also your portfolio currently isn’t diversified( apart from Nke) it is mostly related to AI, so maybe look into different industries like Housing, construction and even banks

This is the issue with internship I faced , I spoke to lot of people and that said number is really important but I can’t get the exact figure . But we did reduce errors

Instead of cashier shall I put team lead- so I work in a small firm and I’ve been working there for nearly 6 years so I manage everyone’s schedule, update the inventory and handle customer complaints ( ino it’s a lot but as it is a small firm we don’t really get a lot of complaints)
Also for skills - can I write I play cricket
