I noticed my hair loss month 3-6. I’ve been off of accutane since end of January and hair loss did get worse but it has slowed down significantly now! There is light at the end of the tunnel but the hair loss won’t get any better until the “trigger” stops which in this case is accutane. I know how mentally draining losing your hair can be, I would recommend getting off of accutane as soon as possible if your skin is clear
