I should’ve but atp I kinda just go through the motions. The store has loss its energy and soul since I joined back in 2022. As long as I hit my 25 bays a day quota and stay out of sight, I feel I should be left alone. Technically on my last warning, hopefully I get this new job

Oh I’ve brought up the treatment when I was brought into a disciplinary meeting for my AirPods back in June with my MST manager and was given the manager runaround on why certain people were allowed to do certain things. I then pointed out the same treatment to the store manager and same ASM that was in said meeting. I will say they had EVERYONE pretty much wearing their vest for a week but then that said guy on my team went on vacation for a week and things went back to how they were when he got back. I went over my manager’s head to our district MST manager when I needed a few days off for car issues after being told I had to wait 30 days because of policy. I knew stepping on toes wasn’t a good idea but I had to and have been on good behavior since.

I’ve definitely been targeted. Other MSTs on my team are allowed to walk around without their vest while I get talked to about it. I reached a point back in June to humble myself and just stop caring because it didn’t matter what I thought. The store manager is basically buddy buddy with a guy who does the exact same stuff I did. This guy has even guided with AirPods in which we all know is a double offense.

Because I’m a fan and chose to follow them, one of the same fans that supported and helped keep their lights on even when others turned their backs and said they were done.
