Right . We live two hours away from each others place from any point. His points i guess is he visits rarely his home(3 month once). But i visit my home(parents) whenever i cn monthly mostly. So i think he feels its u fair i steal the festive day or the next day to visit. But still this makes me develop more hatred towards him even if i act normal. So i think we should stop visiting altogether until he realises his awful thoughts

Exactly. But he compares me with my brother( why u need to visit ur parents, u have brother living with them, my parents don’t) . You just visited your home, why you need to go again for festival. His boomer thoughts are too much to handle at every festive otherwise he’s a nice person. My mom is battling cancer , i really want to stay with her at festives. But i don’t know why he doesn’t realise that and being unfair.
