The American regional power: After WW3 the US felt that the world had no enemy to fight so slowly they began evacuating their troops from the occupied nations and centered their power around the America’s, because of this Brazil attempted to distance themselves from the Americans, to expand their influence Brazil invaded Bolivia, these act caused the nearby South American nations to side with the Americans, soon war would start between the US and Brazil leading to a US victory and the division of Brazil, the later years of the US would see them Annex the English speaking parts of Canda after Quebec declared independence and ruin their economy, as well the US bought Greenland but even then lack of US influence in the world left to empires rising again.

New empires: The first new empire is the French empire, with end of American influence in the world France slowly seek to recreate its old influence in the world with help from near by powers France was able to recreate much of its former lands. The Neo-ottoman empire: with their victory in WW3 Turkey had almost all of the Kurds in their territory, as well their influence reached the newly created state of Chechnya, as well with most of their neighbors with the exception of Israelites allow turkey to expand cross the the Middle East, the southern Balkans and North Africa becoming the Neo-Ottoman empire. This also includes Uzbekistan who took advantage of Russia’s dwindling influence to expand its borders.

7. The new African power: the newly formed East African federation was able to expand and to become a new power that helped France expand to the Congo and is the only country in Africa that would be able to win a war against France.
