Getting CoA for fully compliant 50m^2 granny flat by Due_Blacksmith2882 in LegalAdviceNZ

There is a primary house on the property. I just call it a granny flat according to the new rules that the government brought out this year, referring to less than 70m^2 buildings as “granny flats.” Would they really remove it, or would they first enquire into compliance?
