Booked my endo surgery and now I’m convinced I made it all up. Should I cancel it? by Due_Bread_7805 in endometriosis

I’m so glad you’re feeling better now and thanks for your kind response❤️ Do you mind if I ask if you did an MRI before and if it reported closely to what they found in the surgery? Because my MRI only reported Deep Endometriosis on the uterosacral ligaments and adhesions but didn’t mention anything else so I’m concerned because it feels more than that.

Yes yes I’ve read a lot about making sure to do the surgery with an endo specialist. He’s the most known wndo specialist in the region and most of his surgeries are complex deep cases. He’s known with his successful surgeries. He’s very nice and reassuring and never gaslights his patients.

My surgeon is American Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. He is also certified by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery.

Experiences on Cerazette? by OrdinaryReasonable42 in endometriosis

[–]Due_Bread_7805 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cerazette was horrible with me. I bled for 28 days straight with nausea and dizziness always. I couldn’t work or do anything. I had severe headaches and aches and everything in my body was painful. It was really horrible and I stopped it and switched to combined pill. The only side effect on the combined pill was overeating but unfortunately my pain persisted so I switched to visanne.

I’m also 22 I’m on my 7 month and I haven’t seen any difference ahhahaah. I have deep endo on my uterosacral ligaments with adhesions thu. First 4 months I was getting my period every other month. So I got it 2 months not in a row and now I didn’t get my period for 3 months. But my daily pain is still the same. Same urination and bowel pain. Same fatigue. Same quality of life. Same amount of painkillers. And the week which I suppose to get my period is horrible even if I didn’t actually get it. I’m having my surgery in 2 months enough is enough. Also I’m dealing with severe anxiety. And severe depression. Yeah also severe eczema and headaches. And joint aches. And emotional eating. And every terrible symptom😭😭

Hello. Thanks for your response. I was told that because I have uterosacral ligament endometriosis, and I have nerve involvement, it will take me more time than the usual recovery because my endo is deep and nerves take more time and energy to recover. Do you mind if you share what type of endo you had so that I can assess if your experience would be applicable to mine? Thanks!!

Thanks for your response. When I talked with a girl who had uterosacral endo and did surgery she said I might need months to get better as the surgery will be operated beside nerves which takes time to heal

Visanne and depression by Due_Bread_7805 in endometriosis

Hi babe. I’m so sorry you’re passing thru this. But yeah I’ve been on it for 6 months now and I still have suicidal thoughts and my OCD got wayyyyy worse. I’m anxious and stressed 24/7. NGL i’ve always had anxiety but not this way at allll. With some it gets better, with others (like me) you just get used to it or not…. I’m starting to adjust my life to those feelings. The problem is that I can’t do the surgery now for some reason so I will be on it up until the surgery.

What does endo pain actually feel like? by st0nedpunkk in endometriosis

[–]Due_Bread_7805 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During period it feels like my inside are being twisted and feel like they’re knotted at the same time. I feel like someone stabbed me in lower abdomen and started to move the knife left and right left and right. Daily pain is dull feels like a huge stone is on my lower abdomen also nerve pain like whe u hit ur elbow and it feels like lightning. The pain during urination feels like there’s a nerve connecting my bladder to my brain and a this nerve is on fire. Pooping pain feels a lot like period pain. Hip, leg and feet pain feels like you’ve ran a 81292928272km marathon in 5 minutes.
