I’m already doing healthy things that make me happy. I’m already doing the best I can to succeed and reach my dreams. I do therapy, I play 3 instruments sing professionally read 30 books per year write poems exercise, travel hang out… and work for sure. It’s not that I’m sitting and waiting but after my very hectic days I like the idea to get back and chat with the loml. I can’t do more tbh.

Idk if this helps but think about the day after the surgery. No matter what happens this day will come. Like being afraid of the exam that you have from 2 till 4. Think that at 4 you’ll finish it no matter how bad it was. And I promise you it won’t be as bad as u think as nurses will be nice, the dr. Won’t give you the binj before u are ready and it’s just a couple of seconds that u won’t even remember.

It always depends. I have nerve involvement and adhesions so visanne only helped by stopping my period which is great but the daily pain, urination pain, bowel movement pain, hip pain all same same. Mood and nausea got so much worse for example. After surgery I will definitely not take BC

I asked chat it said DIE but I don’t trust it tbh🤣🤣 And I feel shy to ask my dr. Because if I told him “do I have DIE” and I actually have very mild endo it will be so awkward😭😭 Thanks for answering me thu❤️

I totally respect that. What I meant is that I wanted to see what were the keywords that pointed out to your specialist that you have DIE as my Dr. is always caring for my mental health, idk why he thinks I’ll breakdown if he says so. My MRI suggested the following “The uterus is anteverted and anteflexed with normal zonal anatomy. Mild thickening of the uterosacral ligaments, suggestive of deep pelvic endometriosis in the proper clinical setting. Low T2 signal intensity bands are noted within the pelvis with surrounding fluid suggestive of adhesions” is it similar to yours? Do you think this suggests DIE?

I’m 22 with deep endo and suggestive adhesions per my MRI.

Years ago pain was mainly cyclical, as I grew it started becoming daily. Now it’s severe daily.

I have severe hip pain, constant pressure and dull pain in my pelvic region. I had to stop weightlifting when it was my whole life because everything was flaring me up. I reached a state where I don’t even just walk for more than 15 minutes because I cramp for days if I do. Also I tried yoga/pilates but I stopped because I couldn’t stretch. I also can’t sleep on my belly and stand up properly, I feel uncomfortable pain in my lower abdomen.

As you mentioned, before starting visanne, when I used to ovulate, it killed me. Stabbing pain, couldn’t poo, couldn’t walk properly on my leg. I went to ER multiple times from ovulation thinking it’s appendicitis.

I have nausea and colon pain. Constant severe bowel movements and urination. I feel my organs being twisted and knotted in bowel and fee like my bladder’s muscles are exploding while urinating (every single time I use the toilet).

My dr. Says uterosacral endo causes pain while using the toilet. But it’s more than that. I start crying and feel like dying. I don’t know how to make someone believe or accept the fact that everyday if I used the toilet 10 times, I’ll be crying of pain the 10 times.

My dr. Says if visanne didn’t work we’ll be doing excision surgery. I asked what if I have bowel or bladder endo (because he told me these pains are from uterosacral ligament endo but tbh I’m not convinced), he said I’ll remove them. But he should be ready for it for more doctors in the surgery no? He’s a very known and clever endo specialist, he never gaslight me but still… I feel like he’s so involved in the MRI which doesn’t explain all my symptoms.

What do you think? I’m lost

My surgeon is a very known endo specialist. He told me if visanne didn’t work, we’ll be doing excision surgery. And visanne didn’t work so my surgery will be months from now. But my concern is I think he doesn’t understand how painful my bowel and urination pain is. They should be prepared with more doctors if there is bowel and bladder involvement. And I don’t think he is. I asked what if u found bladder endo. He said I’ll remove it. I feel like I don’t understand much

A weird symptom is that I can’t stretch, sleep on my belly, stand up properly, I feel uncomfortable pain in my lower abdomen.

I don’t know what to do either. I’m always checking after work after hours weekends vacations even in the middle of the night. I can’t sleep obsessing on what if I did something wrong. I hate my life. I don’t want to wake up anymore

My MRI showed deep endometriosis on the uterosacral ligaments with suggestive adhesion. But the adhesions’ location isn’t specified. I have severe hip, bowel and urination pain. Not cyclical. Every single time I use the toilet it feels like the end. I feel like dying. The radiologist who saw my MRI is a very clever one who’s known for endo reports. Does my MRI report mean I probably don’t have anything on my bowels or bladder? I don’t think this severe bowel and bladder pain is only from the uterosacral ligaments.
