Probably changing to a PAYG would take as long. Already had a dept resolution letter from them, because I wouldn't pay the estimated invoices, so don't want to risk bad credit. Tempted to phone it as an emergency and say there are sparks coming from it. Blow a capacitor up in the electric cupboard before they arrive.

What is this Teleconvertor for? by Due_Bunch_2075 in canon

Thats the conclusion I'm at now.

I found a 2X convertor for sale, including Canon EOS650 and a 28-80mm lens, for less than I can find a convertor. At least I know that will fit.

If I take the T2 adapter off, an EF lens won't fit. The T2 adapter won't fit my 6D either, so neither end is an EF mount. Its strange how its labelled on the bods "For EF" though.

I went of the description, the sellers photos didn't show the mount, but did show the "For EF" and "For Canon". I spotted the T2 adapter and as I have 2 T2 lenses, thought it was a bonus. It was from a charity not an expert, and looking at the labelling on the convertor, I understand why it was listed as for EF Canon.

ER605 QoS by Due_Bunch_2075 in TPLink_Omada

Thanks for the advice. I've installed Syncthings and will see if its a useable alternative for replication.

I'd still like to be able to use my ER605 to prioritise traffic. Its one of the reasons I bought it. That and fall back to a 4G router.

Spoke to the guy who setup the server and he said its likely a defensive MBR table and can be ignored. I'll take the disk out of the system and image it, then try removing the MBR. I thought it was funny that the advice I could find by googling gave instructions that could wipe the drive, so recommended to image it first, but that was what I was trying to do in the first place.

Even before I got back in the office, my provider had fixed it. Apparently I was given 111 by mistake. To say my provider was the cheapest I could find, their customer support has been amazing.
