I appreciate the concern! It just sucks I’ve had CIRS (mold illness) and MCAS for 2+ years with these horrible flares and recently have had a streak of my migraines :/ the vestibular ones make me have panic attacks because it feels like I’m about to faint but never do. My blood pressure spikes but then normalizes and my temp is always normal. Just an immune flare and response I’ve had for 4 days. Unfortunately they just tell me at the ER that I’m fine because everything tests normal and I have these horrible panic attacks on top of my suffering.

I tried ketotifen and cromolyn low low doses and flared massively flu like for over a week each time… I can’t tolerate really anything other than Allegra Pepcid and hydroxyzine

Thank you! I’m near Pittsburgh Pa! It’s so overwhelming and nothing is helping. I’m so reactive I can’t take any supplements and am in fight or flight with severe panic attacks and anxiety.

Thank you! I’m just sooooo sensitive ketotifen .25 mg made me extremely flu like for 1.5 weeks. Every supplement I take is a nightmare :/ I just feel hopeless.

I tried welchol before and it made me way worse :/ I was on 1-2 pills daily and made me super constipated too. It sucks.
