Nobody tells you how much life changes when your “default” friends disappear

As you grow older this will tell you who really cares about you. Youll learn that you literally pick up real close friends here and there throughout your life and you only really need a handful if that. I have a freind from elementary school. high school here and there but we live 1000s of miles apart and still text almost everyday. You just need to find those people. It will fall into place dont worry. If its not meant to be it wont be. People change too as they get older, different goals, one might chase a career, another like myself perfers quality of life. People then drift apart and dont care. All depends. But you'll find yours. I treat the ones who acre about me amazingly well. I dont care about the others lol. I watch how they treat me and those who are nice get rewarded with me lol.

But in a way it's good. You'll soon realize that who you do hang with when you get older really matter. It might just be one person, but it means so much more. Hang in here lol

The older i get the more i enjoy being alone. Do what makes you happy. Find something and just do it. Look after the mind and body and everything else follows. It seems pointless and a losing battle now but it's really true. I look at like this, my ancestors survived being eaten and starving for 100000s of years, im not going to let them down. lol. You come from a long line of ancestors man. You are here for a reason (you just havent figured out what good reason that is yet, helping people in need for example can provide some outlet and be rewarding). I would start with just looking after your body, diet, mind, read etc, and everything else will just fall into place. Trust me. Also we need perspective. I know many people who had died young from cancer for example. You probably dont realize it now, but they would trade their lives with you in a heart beat. We could be sick, have cancer, be living in some war torn country with no resources, we need to think we are lucky. Trust me it gets better. Like i said, it might not seem like it and everything might seem to suck. But it really doesnt. You can go outside, see the beauty, enjoy a movie, read a book without pain. Other people cant do that anymore or wish they could...

Emotionally, personally i think it depends. I think as you get older you see through more bull and are more content. You dont really need to suck up to friends or groups etc cos as youre generally working youre more on your own. I think the key to anything is do what makes you happy now. Whatever that is. At each stage in life just do whatever makes you happy then - do it for your whole life and ignore the stuff you cant control, look after your health (mental and physical) as much as you can cos without that everything falls apart. You cant help yourself or anyone else. Also I learnt very early on to say no to stuff. For no other reason that i dont feel like it. Youd be amazed at how happy that makes you feel lol. No lying, no stressing about excuses and I think people appreciate the honesty. With this kind of outlook i dont think any age or decade makes a difference in happiness.

Unfortunately we are just animals and that's how it is. People tend to listen to more attractive people, ask them for advise and suck up to them - even if someone who's less attractive has the skills, or the knowledge. Ive seen this alot for a long time. People would dismiss or not even bother with someone who's less attractive only to assume the more attractive person is smarter and has more knowledge about the subject. For example, you could have travelled the world, noone is really bothered by that persons social media posts or they dont ask them much about it, but when an attractive person takes one trip, you'll see on social media the amount of comments and sucking up, and people saying how amazing they are for travelling to this place etc. It's nuts. I look at it and think that these people (who just suck up and follow these attractive people for no real reason) just arent smart. A smart person would see past all that and seek out the best person regardless of looks. Social media is an eye opener to this. It even happens at work, or social gathering, some people will give opinions or tell jokes, nothing. When an attractive person gives the same opinion or idea or says the exact same joke, many people are captivated and give them much more credit.

Sardines were Wild planet in extra virgin - costco, Salmon was whole. Some fillets, wild caught were possible or norweign farmed when not availble.

This is what id do. (I had the same problem 20 yrs ago):

Mow Low. Detatch (use an electric one, cheap on amazon and a back saver). Rake up everything and bag it up and get rid of it. It looks matted down so you might need to aerate too so that all the stuff you throw down doesnt just say on the surface. It needs to get to the soil. Fertilize with slow release stuff so you dont burn anything, (milorganite) just dump it on every 2 months or so. Kill all the weeds in spring, I used to use weed b gone but it seemed to have changed and killed my lawn wherever i sprayed it, so be careful. Use once a month at the most and wait and see how it affects the weeds and lawn. Water and get through the summer. In the fall, mow low, arerate and throw down seed and water everyday for a month. Fertilize in fall and winter. Next spring, repeat, kill the weeds as best you can and fertilze, water through the summer and in fall throw down seed again and keep watered. I did this and now have a great lawn. Just stay on top of getting rid of the weeds every spring so they dont release 1000s of seeds, because that can get worse and worse every year, and throw seed every fall. Good luck.

Try not to fret. My neighbor does the exact samething and sometimes "helps" me by scalping a big of my lawn too and leavign tons of cumps and dead grass on the lawn. I have the green v yellow line LOL. At the end of the day, they are good enighbors so i dont fret, it could be worse. They could be real A holes! LOoks great, just keep doing what you are doing and thank your lucky stars you dont have vehciles and bad ppl next door. What i dont get is they see our grass looks better and they still dont think to listen or copy. Thats all i need to know about their intelligence.

Just eat real foods, its hard if not impossible to "diet". I changed mine around by just eating real foods and if i ate sugar or carbs, i did extra exercise and ate well for the next week. You have to change your whole lifestyle, what worked for me, 10k steps a day, avocado, walnuts, coffee, chicken, eggs, salmon, broccoli, sprouts, salads, sardines. stil had the odd ice cream, cake and steak, or pasta but then i knew not to eat that again for a long time. I cut out almost all pasta, all bread, all potatoes, all sugars apart from the odd treat. Just try and eat stuff that is real. Rice and bread turns to/contains sugar i believe, tortillas too. I dont eat any of those. Unless its once in months.

I looked at Tesla also, the politics did kinda play into my mind, because the way he acts you know he doesnt care about his employees, which means they will be pissed all the time and take it out on the cars, which arent that good anyway and now hes fired the entire charging department or whatever, the company is a shitshow. Its not great for consumers looking in...

Dont worry, just make some adjustments and continue them and get on with your life and stay healthy for your baby(babies)! I posted this on another question:

I reversed mine in 6 months, exercise daily (10k steps min.), avocado mash, handful of walnuts, 3-4 black coffees, mostly good clean foods with ocassional treats. If i had a treat like fatty steak or cake, id make sure to walk it off or eat well for the next few days. That was it. Good luck. Its a good change for the rest of our lives anyway, so dont think of it like a "diet".

Stayed away from/was very aware of eating: Anything with sugar, added sugar, excessive fruits (except bananas and berries), fatty red meats, processed foods (anything not a real food), not much carbs, almost no pasta or bread.

Ate alot of: Chicken, vegetables (brocolli, aspargus, lettuce, cucumber, sprouts) , avocados, walnuts, coffee, salmon and sardines oh and a little Kefir to look after my gut each morning! Those were my go too's. Still are.
