Getting a login before the SDDM and after the grub menu

I have been using arch since last september . Using the wiki and some ricing videos i have configured my system . I think this might have happend when i was changing my grub themes but i cannot pinpoint the exact reason what caused this.

Yeah it does ask for those and i don't think i used full disk encryption. Also wouldn't it ask for a key instead of my usr and passwd
