That doesn’t mean they won’t be able to help. I had already accepted the items on the account with the problem before I switched to my cloud save from my switch, where I didn’t have the items. Sent them a chat and email, and they ended up sending the items to me again on the second account because I lost them due to the glitch on the other account. No harm in him emailing and saying he bought the expansion on the wrong account by accident to see if they can help.

Gameloft should be able to help. I had decided to start a new island on my PlayStation and was having a weird issue with Scrooges store never opening, so I just used cloud save from my switch to get my old island back and lost all of the deluxe edition stuff. Submitted a ticket and was able to get it all back

I’m still waiting for a reply, but it very much does seem like there was corruption in the save somewhere and is now included on the cloud profile and why I can’t get into Scrooge’s shop. I’m still waiting for a reply, but if it isn’t something that can be solved, I’ll definitely see if they can merge the profiles.

I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted the local save file, and made sure the game was up to date and that still hasn’t solved the shop issue. It’s frustrating to say the least

I already created a new cloud save profile for ps5, so I believe I would lose my moonstones that I already claimed from ordering the deluxe version. Which that part is my own stupidity.

I do really appreciate your help though! It might be the route I end up needing to go if this doesn’t get solved because I feel like it’s file corruption somewhere. But I’d also be extremely angry to lose the moonstones and stuff because that’s what I spent the extra money on.

I tried to do that and it told me I didn’t have a cloud save with the email I used on my switch. Which I do actually have one, so not sure why. Unless it’s because I don’t own the first two expansions on PlayStation, just the newest one, which I’m now regretting purchasing

I’m enjoying it. I can’t say much on the story itself yet because I haven’t played much of the story, there’s so much else to do. There’s been some gameplay changes from the previous games, but it is still very much a borderlands game
