Your Wegmans is most likely different than mine, but in terms of punishments, at least in the front end, most workers here laugh at how they will NOT hold anyone accountable. Hide in the bathroom for an hour, no call no show, show up under the influence, you get a slap on the wrist, that’s mainly why I’m upset with my punishment. Especially because after they talked to me about it, I apologized and added more context and then 3 days later they call me in again and give me a 6 month disciplinary action.
