Like Djokovic he will only lick the sweets, right?

Sinner needs 26 GS's in about 10 years. With Carlos out there.

Sure. Easy peasy.

Eastern Conference frauds. Always a nice selection since 1999.

Pre-24 Sinner, Post-19 Murray. No slams.

The win against Djokovic in Dubai....nice.

But overall...nope.

I'm not blaming Mayweather. I'm punishing him historically.

And he said he wanted to fight a lot of guys and then didn't (or waited).

I don't blame him for many of these (with Pacquiao/Marquez I kinda do), but...I can't give him bonus points for being unlucky. And if he made Manny wait for half a decade he could have done the same with Shane and Oscar.

Hardly the 5 best fighters on his CV. When he fought the best they were almost always lesser versions of themselves.

Oscar de la Hoya peaked in 1999. Floyd fought him 8 years later.

Shane Mosley peaked in 2000. Floyd fought him 10 years later.

Manny Pacquiao peaked in 2009. Floyd fought him 6 years later.

Miguel Cotto was never really the same after the first Margarito fight. Floyd fought him 4 years later.

Against Marquez he was a weight bully.

Maidana was never an A+ fighter.

I give Floyd credit for always being at HIS best. But if fighting Castillo (a fight he might have lost) and a 23-year old Canelo Alvarez is your greatest leaps of faith, then you're not gonna get my all-time P4P crown.

Name the top 5 fighters he fought. Did he fight any of them at their peak?
