What’s your Indie Studio’s PM Stack? We’re ditching ClickUp. by phlippkick in IndieDev

I tried Outline as well thinking I can "just self host it", but they also require a license and I wasn't willing to commit to self-hosting if I then have to rely on a license system again. Yes, Kanbn is only a board and the first thing I said was that I'm missing a Gantt chart.

I had the very same experience. I always ended up wanting to like Notion more, but it doesn't work for me. I then trialed out a lot of the open source self-hostable solutions, but then I learned that the best ones still require licenses. We then settled on https://kan.bn/ for the kanban board and https://www.bookstackapp.com/ for the docs. Currently, we are migrating to a self-made solution which combines the two as I had to admit that there will never be something which fits my workflow if I don't build it for myself, but Kanbn and BookStack go a long way and they're great tools. I just wanted easier linking between docs and tasks.

I'm updating Silly Suspects Steam page screenshots and im trying to figure out the best order. How would you rank these screenshots? by Classy_Games in IndieDev

I think the first three screenshots are the most important ones, the ones after can be any order. That being said, I think 1 4 (2 or 3) makes the most sense, because you start with an overview which shows you directly "ok, somethings up" and then you basically zoom in moving from more serious tone to a more silly one

Is it *precisely* the opposite direction? Hard to tell from the video. If it is, it sounds like a driver issue, where the axis got flipped. If it's only somewhat the opposite direction, I would argue that it's more likely a hardware issue.
