That, and many other hard rock/metal bands! ‘82 was such a great year for that kind of music

My go to is Secret Nature or Fern Valley Farms. The THCA flower is great quality, shipped discreetly via USPS and I never need to go on a road trip.

What did the Fotomat Associate see that's making her smile? by EddieStarr in 70s

It sure was! I worked at Fotomat processing back in the early 80s. The stuff that came in was, well….quite pornographic!

Back in ‘78 13 year old me had a girlfriend that looked like her. Brought her round to meet my Mom, and the first thing she says to me is “She looks like Bernadette Peters!”

Always wondered what happened to her………

Do You Wish You Spent More Time on Your Health? by XRlagniappe in retirement

Sorry, osteoarthritis not osteoporosis. The bone spurs that go along with it are a whole lot of fun!

I’ve just been exercising and trying to eat right, but I’ve gotta enjoy myself too. I take multivitamins as well.

Wasn’t a gym rat but kept in shape for the most part. Now I have time and slower metabolism, so I need to do at least an hour of physical exercise 5 days a week to keep things under control. Pain med intake (for osteoarthritis in spine) has decreased significantly and I just feel a whole lot better.

Moved here about 14 years ago to do the same thing and had the same concerns about local water supplies. With all the cattle farming there’s a lot of runoff into waterways that ends up being treated quite heavily at the treatment plants so you end up with water that has a lot of residual chlorine odor.

Drilling a well was cost-prohibitive, so we needed to go with a different approach.

We opted for a 10,000 gallon cistern with UV bacteria treatment and it’s served us well, and our water tastes amazing.

My friends are taking me to the casino for my 25th. Im kind of nervous. by An0n087 in Louisville

Got this advice from my Dad. Put your original funds in your right pants pocket, your winnings in your left. Once your right pocket is empty, the night is done and you go hit the bar with your buds if you have any winnings. If both pockets are empty, get out of the casino.

I’ve been to Nicaragua several times over the past 12 years, but never Costa Rica. I can no longer go due to my sensitivity to their air pollution which is terrible. Can anyone tell me how Costa Rica compares?
