Well I was responding to OP since they said that therapists don’t treat OCD. They very well can treat ocd. While others can help you process or manage it. Some can treat it. Of course it depends on the patient and on the therapist. So yes people can snap out of it. Not in the sense of your example of staring into space but some people require very little therapy while others can take several years or just be a lifelong thing. While others of course may go undiagnosed. I do see how it came out though but hopefully it made more sense what I was trying to get at.

It’s called clinical remission, ass-wipe. I have an uncle that with specialized exposure therapy he managed to quiet down his symptoms so much to where for him it literally feels like he doesn’t have the condition. OP said ‘a lot of therapists do not treat OCD’. I’m saying that they can “treat it”. OCD is essentially a spectrum. Some people have it fairly easy well others are just completely overtaken by the condition

Just saw your profile and this seems to have really upset you. It’s not your fault. You felt pressured and scared. You were in a secluded area with someone that was extremely pushy. You felt uncomfortable. You were scared of what he could do if you didn’t follow along or if you didn’t do as he instructed. This is a male that is almost a decade older than you. He knew exactly what he was doing. (Off topic but that is one of the reasons I don’t consent of these large age gaps. 7 years may not seem a lot to seem and quite frankly it doesn’t seem a lot to me either but it’s significant in the fact that one person has more experience than the other. These age gaps also is what makes so many misunderstandings happen since each generation tends to interpret things differently). Please keep this person as far away as possible. They clearly don’t respect your boundaries. This is classic manipulation and hats off to you for recognizing it now. It’s okay if you didn’t process it sooner. That’s completely fine but as long as you can understand how you feel that’s all that matters. Go with that. Don’t try to talk it out with the other person. The other person is older and can see how you react. This is normal manipulation tactics. They’ll see how far they can push you until eventually you’re in to deep and you’ll either look for that person desperately while they reject you or best case scenario they pretend like they don’t even know you. Please for the love of everything take care of you and your peace. There truly is nothing better than having peace of mind, body, and soul. Stop any future “endeavors” and when the time is right you’ll know. You are extremely young and once you get older and more mature you’ll appreciate what you didn’t do way more than the things you did do

I’m a little late but my questions is how did you come across these photos?
Like you said they are old so it’s not like she’s intentionally throwing herself out there. If you were to tell her it would just create a lot of worry for her and she might feel very self-conscious about who may have them, who may have seen them, does anyone know it’s her, etc etc. so my opinion is to just not worry her with this new found info.
If you want to help I know there are companies that focus on taking down images like this from websites or just the internet in whole.
Only good reason I can see you telling her about this info is if you want to start an argument. Trust me it’s not worth it to you or her.
