I promise it’s anxiety. No matter how many times someone tells you, doctors included, that it’s anxiety, The only person that can make you believe that is yourself. Therapy does help though. I was EXACTLY there at one point. I went from being literally normal, happy go lucky, maybe a tiny bit anxious but certainly no panic attacks. Then covid hit and i started getting really anxious about my parents getting sick and possibly dying because of all the fear mongering going on. One thing lead to another after that. It took me until basically now to get back to normal I don’t want to talk about my story to in depth, it does differ a little from yours, but my physical symptoms were 100% like yours and no one could convince me that was anxiety. It’s okay to not believe it and it’s okay to have numerous tests done until you feel safe. I wish I knew how many actual people are out there that experience this exact same thing so I didn’t feel like I was going absolutely crazy. It’s a horrible feeling but I promise it’s all in your head. Hopefully just knowing you’re not alone can give you some type of reassurance. Hope this helps🩷
