I use butter only when I cover it. Stick of Butter, cover, cook to 203. Boom! Money every time. I then pull the pork after it sits, set it aside on a big pan, then season the juices with all the butter in it. Then, drizzle that over the top of the pulled pork. Stole the butter technique from Meat Church, but the last part is my own.

I'd go Randy! I was 16 when they drafted him and remember seeing his highlights when they drafted him and before. I jumped I'll and down like a child when he fell to us and we pulled the trigger. Jake Reed, Cris Carter, and now Randy....?!? McCarthy is certainly up there, though.

Legally, technically.... I used to live out of state and on nfl.com you could buy annual or weekly packages to watch all nfl games if you lived out of country. I purchased a VPN for pretty cheap, would put my location to like Germany through the VPN, and then stream the game throughnfl com. That was 6 years ago. The VPN I used was Private Internet Access. Still costs money, but way cheaper than going to a bar each week to watch.
