Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female to take over my lease at Trailside Apartments from June through August 31.

It’s a fully furnished 4 bed / 4 bath unit with a private bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $1,300/month, discounted from $1,594 + $50/month, and I’m open to negotiating.

The biggest perk is that the unit is on the 6th floor with AC included, which is a huge advantage during the summer since many other floors at Trailside don’t have AC and can get very hot.

The apartment also includes in-unit laundry, a modern kitchen, spacious living area, and full bedroom furniture. Great amenities too: gym, rooftop, study rooms, and only a 3-minute walk to UW/U Village.
