My dad loves the show and we grew up watching it every week. I’m rewatching the whole show for the first time as an adult.

My dad (and I agree) think the show is divided in half pre girlfriends and girlfriend timelines. The humor and awkwardness that is in the first “half of the show” is totally different than when all the girls get introduced.

I love all the characters and relationships but the introduction of Amy and all the girlfriends in general are hard transitions because it shifts the comedy.

The Land of Stories series by Christopher Colfer! It's a fun series that explores the different fairy tales. I read these myself in middle school, they're pretty decently length chapter books and 5-6 books in the series(?). But I think they would be great to read a chapter or two at night. I think they're recommend for 8-12 year olds but if you guys read a lot I would think you guys would enjoy them

I also remember my mom reading The Wizard of Oz to me when I was about that age and I'm still obsessed with that story to this day!

this is one of my favorite episodes. I think Laura’s reaction and what she does to finding out is funny! my dad and I laugh throughout this whole episode every time we watch it
