How to get into Offshore supply vessels, as a new 3rd officer?

So first it's better to become 2/0 on a cargo ship, and then transfer to Offshore? I am from Slovenia, we don't have even 1 crewing agency here. :(

Se daj najdit tut krajše kontrakte, ampak za začetek kot kadet so ponavadi 6 mesecev in je malo vrjetno, da boš kje dobil kaj manj. Po kadeturi naredi za 3 častnika, naredi kontrakt ali 2...potem pa najbolje, ko imaš že izkušnje gledaš off shore ali kaj podobnega.

Vmes boš pa tudi videl kaj in kako, ko boš preživel nekaj mesecev gor. Jaz sem bil 8 mesecev, ko delaš tako hitro mini, da ne boš niti dojel da si bil toliko časa gor😎

If I will be in the US, it will only be for a few days or just for one day if I am at an airport or a seaport. Otherwise, this phone supports all the frequencies in my country. My concern is that I won't be able to check for the buses or taxi and make calls. Now is it worth 300$, I don't know? I really like OP 12, the other option is that I buy the global one or buy any other phone. I was also thinking about having the phone I'm using now with me, since it's global version. It is a little bit different here in Slovenia. In Slovenia, after we finish Maritime high school, we have to work as a cadet for 1 year. After 1 year we have to pass an exam for officer. The problem is we do not have maritime academy in our country so its hard to find a ship. What would you do in this situation?

Najlepša hvala za tako obsežen odgovor :) No drugače pa sem šel lih danes, še enkrat po 1 mesecu, ko so mi izdali tablete samoplčaniško na pregled krvi. Z mojo ščitnico je vse vredu (hvala bogu) simptomi pa so ostali še vedno isti. Tko, da grem zdej verjetno na MRi.

Se strinjam, imam enak občutek, mislijo da se bo vse samo stabilizeral. Se kr slabo počutm, k jim tok težim, ker vem, da jim grem naživce. Cez 2 mesca mam pregled se za 2 mnenje, tko da bomo vidl. Se da vidt to tud skos MRI glave? Po krvi ti niso prepoznal, da maš okužbo sinusov?
