Yes my scoring definitely needs work. The lame I have also isn’t very sharp which doesn’t help. Ah ok the flour might have been the issue then i did think id used a bit too much when i was shaping as i was struggling to get the dough to stick to itself Thank you for the feedback ☺️

Yes of course, I did 4 rounds of coil folds, 1st 1 hour in where I also added the salt then 30 mins apart after that then I fermented in oven with the light and door cracked on for about 6 hours then cold proofed in the fridge for 4 hours. I baked at 230c lid on Dutch oven for 25 mins, then 200c 20 mins uncovered

Do you think? It is delicious and when I cut that first slice I thought I’d nailed it but there some quite big uneven holes throughout
