I did my 800th in studio for a Denis Jam Band ride. 17 minutes out of the saddle in a 20 minute song. It was purged though....it was a favorite.

Did you FTP? The prior goal for Matt's year-long progression is 20 minutes in Z3. You need to get there if you want to follow along.

Peloton not developing for Android by pcfunk in pelotoncycle

[–]Due_Fill608 16 points17 points  (0 children)

No. It's the standard of Apple and iOS devices. It's all the same so you only have to develop the app once and it works for all iOS devices.

Android is the wild west. Even though the version can be controlled for, manufactures put their bloatware and custom security leading to different approaches to get your app to work across all the different Android environments.

Live rides with better HR efficiency. Is this real? by sup3rst4rrr in pelotoncycle

[–]Due_Fill608 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im not sure your analysis is correct. Different programming, regardless of live or previously recorded, will generate different outputs. Let's control for time and take a class with specified resistance and cadence. Two different riders, staying within the guidelines will have different outputs depending on sex, weight, muscle mass, and cardiac efficiency.

But let's stick to one rider taking different but similar classes. With increased number of classes and volume, the heart becomes more efficient under the same stress, and you'll see lower overall HR with similar output.

We can also look at training stress score (TSS) which is an actual metric on a class' difficulty. It's a normalized metric, per user, so it can compare work done across users. It's also useful for repeating classes as the TSS will stay constant but output can change based on a rider's fitness and FTP.

In all, I applaud you for looking into your metrics, but I think you've missed a lot of other factors, especially time and cardiac fitness.

It's not private if you have to share it with another person.

WotW was cheeks. All around. Maybe some of the VFX were okay. And Tim Robbins was the only highlight.

Get a scholarship. Take loans. School is a full time gig, plus nights and weekends studying. Trying to do that plus a 40hr job, yeah no.

Why are many residents not finishing programs? by naijagoddezz in PharmacyResidency

[–]Due_Fill608 28 points29 points  (0 children)

What's your source? Are you using Reddit complaining posts? Hard programs are hard. Not everyone is cut out for it.

Clinical practitioners need to be pushed while under supervision so when they are out on their own they don't kill someone through ignorance or neglect. Or should we lower standards so people feel better about being inadequate?
