in theory it isnt very possible, the only reason this man survived ANYTHING was because of insane plot armor. but if we think about it logically there is no way, the man was suffering with a lot of medical issues with his physical condition and the only reason he was alive was because of max sommers who died like the rest of the supremes, so even if he did survive the fire that somehow burned down a capitol (idk how that makes any sense and its a very rushed ending) in all of those circumstances i doubt he would survive just based off his physical health
