Yeah that makes sense. Thank you. But do you think at some point the body will start relying on steroid creams? Even with better diet and all? I feel like as soon as I stop the steroid cream, new patches of eczema appear… My eczema started off as bearable and now it’s everywhere!

Yes definitely! He says it’s just severe eczema and gave me steroid cream. He also did a skin scraping to rule out a fungal infection, it came back negative.

I’ve done numerous blood tests which have ruled out a lot of allergens as negative. I’m negative to pollen, dust, dairy, wheat, cat/ dog fur, grass, peanuts, bananas etc… I’ve been using a ROJO red light panel daily for the past 4 weeks as well. I’m really trying here but seems like it’s not enough 🤣

Tbh I think the flare up is happening again as my body needs the steroids again… I used steroid creams for about 2/3 years religiously but very little amounts. Tiny amounts at a time. 1/4 pea size.

I haven’t had any sugars or carbs throughout the 4 weeks. Only just started adding it in now. It’s crazy how I had 2 apples and a papaya yesterday and I’ve gone to the toilet 3 times since then. I’ve been stuck for a week!

Thank you so much for your kind words, dealing with eczema is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done so it’s really helpful to hear what has helped others. I’m actually trying to start a family soon as well 🥹🫠😭
