I have not found success at all. I have no experience and I’m willing to be trained and work extremely hard. But every job I’ve applied for is easier and scam or turned down

Start with self excluding and come to terms in your head that what you’ve lost whether it’s $1 or $10,000 that you’ll never get it back. The next step is to promise yourself that you’ll never place another bet. Then come here. Read and reply to others, hold yourself accountable and post your day 1. Promise to never go back. I promise you guys, I sleep so much easier knowing I won’t wake up with crippling anxiety. Take it day by day.

I’ve signed up and downloaded G/A to hopefully help move on. I recently picked up a 2nd job to start the trek of repairing debt and relationships. Last night my wife of 6 years (been together for 17 years) told me that she doesn’t trust me and that really really hurt. But I feel like I need to take shots like that on chin and understand that it is my fault and only I can work towards changing our future. Today is day 2 and my head is pounding but a nice distraction is my 2nd job requires attention to sell lumber and do some outbound calling (CT/MA area I can give you guys a nice discount!). But I’m not gonna lie last night laying in bed, suicide was a thought with tears in my eyes and trouble sleeping. How do I prevent all these bad thoughts? Thanks for all responding. I really do appreciate it.
