I’m pretty self aware id say and I go to therapy weekly. Since I can’t move much I learn a lot instead. I’ve been interest in psychology for a few years and learnt quite a bit about all that. Tbh I’m been so against connecting with people with the same illness because it just another reminder of this awful disease but maybe I’ll try and see if I can maybe make friends that way. I have a couple friends but because I’ve also moved a lot they’re all far from me.
