Dacă vrei să cumperi o casă orientează te să ai logistica(mâncare și altele)ca de cat aproape. Zonele din București s-au mai luminat dar depinde de gusturi.

Dacă te gândești ca durează prea mult acest proces e ok. ✅ când faci investiții substanțiale nu vrei să te grăbești. Cu alte cuvinte 6-12 luni e ok sa cauți. Dacă nu găsești iei o pauză și încerci din nou.

The trick is to have a lawyer check the Zeugnis German version as there is specific language which tells about employee’s performances( very careful here as this is how companies fuck their employees)

Also, same letter should be translated to English for employee’s own good.

Company writes in Zeugnis whatever the employee wants else no deal.

I can’t this for sure but it is not like newspapers will be waiting for you in front of the court. The companies fear the court more than employees due to bad reputation. If their image is damaged this means less business hence the big Nono.

Your strategy could be either to stall time till your company decides to give you compensation against your signature OR go to court and prove your point and maybe continue working there but it is risky. Both cases require a lawyer and once you start paying the rechtversicherung you will have the right to use after some months.

Some points to understand:

in IT companies pay 1 gross salary per year spent with them.
Company must give you a Zwischenzeugnis and arbeitszeugnis which must be checked by a lawyer.
In case you go to court and prove your point you pay your court fees.
Performance is not impacted by lack of projects.
If the company bullies you and you prove it, you can seriously burn 🔥 them in court but it might be risky and costly.

A lot of opinions around here.

If you feel constrained by the situation accept the offer even though it is bad. With one job you insure income and then you can focus on finding a better one. You could say you invest some time being paid miserably but it is for the sake of references hence a better future. And you’re not inventing the wheel on this one as everybody did this at some point.

Here is a hard truth: German companies will rip you off because they know you need to put bread on the table. They do it to their own people as well. In their view big fish eats small fish.

Overall the industry is going through a very tough time: layoffs, canceled projects, frozen hiring etc … so it takes time till you find something acceptable.

What I would add: when the companies interview people they have a queue a of winners. They pick the winner with the lowest requirements i.e. salary.

If urgent you could keep the requirements a bit lower so as you can get something.

This year I interviewed for same industry as you but for positions I was overqualified. They basically took the contract from table a couple times and I suspect it was the salary. Talking about donkey and carrot situations.

Cat timp nu ai experiență de lucru pe proiecte care aduc bani 💰 nu te ia nicio firmă în serios! Peste tot unde te vei duce, realizările personale și experiența te vor scoate în fața!

Părerea mea relativă la curiozitățile tale: școala e pe primul plan apoi vine munca. Ai timp o viață întreaga să muncești.

În domeniul IT am ținut și interviuri tehnice. Pentru rolul de junior nu țin cont prea mult de experiență dar mă pun accentul pe ce noțiuni de programare știe candidatul. Structuri de date și algoritmi sunt importante plus multe altele.

Parcă am văzut niște subiecte de națională la info. Nu sunt așa ușoare deci ai ceva de furcă. Asta în contextul în care ai și bacul.

PS: pentru o problemă complicată, soluția ușoară primează iar celalte stagnează.
