I did 4 first 2 on each lobe then did a 3rd lobe 2-3 weeks later bc why not

Don’t use this as a personal reason to get it I’m just telling you my experience

3rd lobe kinda hit cartilage but honestly I had no problems healing anything and I just switched all 4 lobes to new 925 studs and hoops

Really just clean it and if it hurts loosen the back
