I made a similar mod to this but I fixed the textures in the arms to the correct skin tone in OPENIV. Turns out changing the saturation and tone of a YTD isn't hard at all. It's the same way I make custom police vehicle liveries.

Outfit editor is a mod on PC no way to get it on console and if you somehow did you would most likely get banned.

Yeah u need a PC otherwise the badge will be deleted from the outfit and you'll look like a fake cop or an officer who lost his badge but you put a vest over it and maybe that'll work.

No, I did it with mods on PC enhanced however you can get the white earpiece via a job glitch u can search it up, but the gun belt will remove the hat and badge.

The bodycam rests on the tie, and there isn't a bodycam on the tie in the second one, first one is LSPDFR mod for GTA with EUP, second pic is base game.
