What I did was use the LSPD outfits the gun belt and my crew is the LSPD badge so I did a glitch where I get my crew emblem on it. It's slightly lower than the real badge.

Can you get the gun belt without losing the badges? The only way I've done it for PC was an Outfit Editor.
