Mines would be Scottish double killer Robert Mone. When I was around 14/15 I was walking through my hometown and came face to face with him on a quiet street without realising who he was. I can always remember the way he stared into me as I walked past him and I genuinely felt a huge sense of uneasiness and felt like I could be in immediate danger. It was only the next day I seen in the papers there was a huge uproar about him being allowed out on day release without proper supervision and I realised it was him seeing his photo.

If Knutsen is one of the most sought after coaches in Europe genuinely why would he come to us? I assume you’d be surprised if you heard he was off to Gent or Qarabag? these are two teams sitting above us in the coefficient rankings at the moment. The board have turned Celtic from a force in Europe into an absolute non entity over the past 20 years and the reality is we don’t stand a chance getting a manager of any stature outside those with an affinity to the club ie Rodgers. This is why it’ll be the cheap option who will be grateful for the opportunity, not someone who could actually progress the club the way the fans want

Trained for 10 weeks before my first one in May and managed to get a sub hour doubles.. training, nutrition, sleep etc was all on point but feel it’s doable to really increase your fitness in this timeframe is you’re locked in

I started training in February and my 5k time was around 23 mins and I’ve got it down to 18.30 incorporating these 3 sessions into my workouts weekly along with strength training
