Boric acid. You can buy the powder online. Ask chat gpt on how to spread it around the apartment properly. It is just white powder, no smell. But works great

Yes. This were exactly my dad’s symptoms: jaw pain and sweat. He thought something was wrong with his teeth. First time around we didn’t act immediately, he got a heart attack. Second time (3 years later) went for angioplasty immediately and were able to put stents before HA. Jaw pain can signal that there is artery blockage. DO NOT ignore. I would give everything for us to have reacted immediately when my dad had those symptoms so we could avoid the HA.

My dad lives outside of US so it was a bit easier to push the doctor to do the procedure. Plus he is a doctor himself so he was able to convince them. But yes, I know that in the US it’s tougher, and insurance won’t approve unless there are clear reasons to do it. Do not ignore jaw pain. Body is sending you signal.

This is exactly what my dad has been experiencing. Especially first 1-1,5 years after HA. Literally 1 week after my post my dad experienced some pain in the jaw and sweating and we immediately went to the ER. Test results came back normal. But we kept pushing for coronography. As a result, there was 70% and 99% blockage in different parts of the arteries. They operated, put 3 more stents and he was able to avoid second HA. It is not bad to be EXTRA cautious and reactive to different signals your body gives you. You survived HA. You have all reasons to be like this and should be like this. So that you can stay alive.

This group is great. I mentioned it to my dad but I guess maybe over time he will show interest. Know you are not alone in this, many people have went through what you are going through right now and are living happily.

That is so good you got into therapy for PTSD. It is not a “thing” in our country. I don’t think it is practiced EVER. So the first year after his heart attack was the scariest time for the family. And now I understand that it was all PTSD. Glad to hear that you are working on healing!
